thoughts and emotions, as well as build long-lasting confidence. In our hecticly busy lifestyles, all individuals deserve mental skills and tools, which allow them to function optimally. It’s the mind that matters when wanting to achieve psychological stability, acquire mental and physical health, feel good about yourself and achieve your maximum potential. Individuals are introduced to awareness training as well as visualization techniques. Meetings are also filled with Sara’s personal experiences from her swimming career, demonstrating her own findings and ways to manage stress, pressure and expectations from the outside world.
