1. Physical Products

If you purchased a physical product (e.g. packaged goods or printed materials), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@saraisakovic.com with your name, order number, and reason for return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or shipped in error

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the original payment method.

2. Digital Products

Our digital products include online programs, downloadable materials, and video content.

In accordance with Article 135 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you are not entitled to a refund once access to digital content has been granted, provided that:

  • You gave explicit consent to start the service before the withdrawal period ends, and

  • You acknowledged that you lose your right to withdraw once the digital content is accessible

This consent is collected during the checkout process.

3. Voluntary Refund Review (Digital Products)

Although not required by law, we may offer a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The digital product has not been accessed, opened, downloaded, or started, and

  • You provide a clear and valid reason for the request

To request a refund, please email info@saraisakovic.com with:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase

  • Order date and product name

  • Reason for your refund request

We review each case individually and respond within 2 business days. Refund approval is not guaranteed and is based on individual circumstances.

4. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a physical order is undelivered or returned to us, and the return is confirmed and agreed upon, we will refund your payment using the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at info@saraisakovic.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — depending on the nature of the issue and your preference.
All such claims will be handled at no cost to you and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
