Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including Pošta Slovenije, GLS, and FedEx.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. These costs include applicable VAT and handling fees.

 

Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer standard shipping only. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Slovenia & EU: typically 5–10 business days

  • International orders: typically 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (business days only) from the time of purchase. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking is available upon request. If you would like to receive a tracking number for your order, please email us at info@saraisakovic.com after placing your order.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us via email at info@saraisakovic.com. Each case will be handled individually to ensure the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

We recommend notifying us within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date or upon receipt of a damaged package.

 

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us or confirmed as undelivered, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed after individual agreement and confirmation that the product was not delivered or returned in its original condition.

 

Digital Products

For digital products (e.g. online courses or downloadable materials), no physical shipping is involved. Access is delivered electronically via email or user account immediately after purchase. See our Refund Policy for details regarding digital product returns.
